Our caregivers are supervised by our QP (Registered Nurse). This is to ensure that our staff members fulfill the required care listed in the client’s care plan.
Before hiring, all of our caregivers undergo:
- Background study
- Reference verification
- Completed the Personal Care Assistant Training
